Who we are

Kate’s Kitchen Remedies is published by Isaiah 41 LLC, 3987 Little Tavern Road, Pacific, MO 63069. Contact: team@anchorcogroup.com.

What we collect

When you sign up for the free 7-Night Wind-Down, we collect your email address. That is all the form asks for. The server also sees your IP address for a moment to limit abuse (rate limiting); we do not store it. We do not run advertising trackers or set cookies on this site.

How we use it

To send you the Wind-Down and occasional emails from Kate about sleep, energy and simple recipes. We do not sell your email. Sign-up is double opt-in: the form sends one email asking you to confirm, and nothing more happens unless you tap that link. When you confirm, your email address and its subscribed or unsubscribed status are stored in a list at our email provider, Resend, which also sends our emails, and our team mailbox gets a note that you joined. If you never confirm, we keep nothing.

Email rules

Every email carries our physical address and a one-click unsubscribe link, and works with your mail app’s own unsubscribe button. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We keep the address marked as unsubscribed (that is all we keep) so we never email it again, including if someone else types it into the form. You can also unsubscribe by writing to team@anchorcogroup.com; we act on it within 10 days.

Delete my data

Email team@anchorcogroup.com with the subject “Delete my data” from the address you signed up with. We will delete your email from our list and mailbox and confirm back within 30 days. If we are required by law to keep a record (for example, a purchase record once paid products exist), we will tell you what and why, and delete everything else.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California, the EU and the UK) you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to withdraw consent. Email us and we will honor it. Marketing emails to people in consent-required regions are sent only with their opt-in.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
